About Us

Our vision to start a charity organization in the name of Maharana Pratap Ji is to honor his legacy and uphold the values he stood for. Maharana Pratap was a renowned Rajput warrior and ruler who valiantly fought against the Mughal Empire in the 16th century, defending his people’s independence and cultural heritage. More than a warrior, Rana Pratap Ji was a legendary social reformer and undertook numerous initiatives for the welfare of his people and nation. Udaipur Lake and the 3rd most beautiful city Udaipur in Rajasthan is a prime example. Through his selfless acts of social work and community assistance, Maharana Pratap left an indelible legacy of compassion, courage, and service, inspiring generations to follow in his footsteps. Maharana Association of North America would follow in his footsteps and undertake initiatives aligned with his values.

She steadfastly supports an underprivileged children’s school in Varanasi and has generously extended financial assistance to various social and community projects across India and the USA. Her service-oriented vision reflects a deep sense of responsibility toward uplifting communities and fostering inclusive growth. In addition to her philanthropic endeavors, Rambha serves as a member of the Diversity Board of The City of Chandler, contributing to initiatives that promote inclusion and representation. She is also the first woman in the State of Arizona to receive the prestigious “Make It Happen” Award, a testament to her leadership, determination, and impactful contributions. Dibya Singh has been dancing from the age of 5. She began taking Indian Classical Dance from Sheila Rubin from a young age and continued her training under her for several years. In addition, she has been teaching Bollywood style dance for the last 30 years. Her choreography combines Indian Classical moves with modern day moves. In addition, she is a certified Yoga Instructor and has her own yoga and dance school in Tuscaloosa, Alabama called the Bollywood Groove. In her studio, there are three competitive teams along with regular classes of Bollywood dance and Yoga that are offered.

Dr. Singh previously served as a faculty member at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TXand currently works as a Pharma leader in Precision Oncology, focusing on advanced diagnostics and personalized cancer care. Dr. Singh is dedicated to enhancing community involvement and actively supports programs that encourage cultural heritage, educational progress, and youth leadership among Indian families in the Greater Houston area.
