Maharana Association will build a dedicated team of individuals who share a passion for helping families in distress. Identify individuals with diverse skills, such as management, fundraising, communication, and social work, to form the core team. Designate a leadership structure with clear roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient decision-making and accountability. 

Needs Assessment 

Conduct a thorough needs assessment within our target community to identify the specific challenges and requirements of families in distress. This will help us prepare for their unique circumstances, prioritize our efforts, and tailor our programs and services accordingly, wetting them effectively with legal and compliance requirements. 

Partnerships and Collaborations

Maharana Association will forge partnerships and collaborations with other social organizations, government agencies, NGOs, and local community leaders. Collaborating with established entities will provide access to additional resources, expertise, and a wider network, enabling you to reach and support more families effectively.
