Dr. Divyendu Singh is working as financial professional (registered Representative) at New York Life Insurance Company since 2016 after a successful 15-year career as a
research scientist in biomedical research, specializing in immunology. Divyendu did hisMaster’s in Biotechnology from BHU Varanasi and Ph.D. in Immunology from SGPG Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow, India. He worked at prestigious medical institutions, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Indiana University, and MD Anderson Cancer Center. Throughout his scientific career, he was driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact. However, he wanted to shift to a role where he could help others more directly—by making it easier for them to do what’s right and, more importantly, to do right by them. A long-time resident of Houston, Texas, Divyendu has a strong personal investment in the success of his community and the well-being of his friends and neighbors. His wife Archana is working as Senior Medical Physicist at Proton Therapy of MD Anderson cancer center Houston As a father of two boys, he shares many of the same hopes and aspirations as his clients, which gives him a unique perspective on their financial needs and goals.

Over the years, he has achieved several professional milestones, including being a Council Agent 1 at New York Life and a Q ualifying member of the Million Dollar RoundTable 2 (MDRT) in 2021. He is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and Pearland Chamber of Commerce. He serves as a Director/Board member in various non-profit organizations such as the Greater Business of Pearland, India Cultural Center, and Hindustan Republic Association. He is also life member of several organizations such as Vishwa Hindu Parishad of America (VHPA), International Hindi Association (IHA)

Additionally, he volunteers with numerous community-based organizations such as SEWA international, HSS USA, etc.
