Position: Board of Trustees

Description:

The Board of Trustees is responsible for providing strategic guidance and governance to the organization. They oversee the organization’s overall direction, policies, and financial management. Board members actively participate in meetings, contribute to decision-making processes, and act as ambassadors for the organization.

Eligibility:

Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
Willingness to attend regular board meetings and actively contribute.

Fee: $3000

Position: Executive Members

Description:

Executive Members are individuals who hold senior positions within the organization, such as President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer. They work closely with the Board of Trustees and other stakeholders to develop and execute organizational strategies, policies, and initiatives. Executive Members are responsible for ensuring the overall success and sustainability of the organization.
